oil pressure gauge - stuck or insensitive to the point of uselessnes?

mine seems to be stuck at 60 psi at idle, cruising, full throttle, cold oil, hot oil... in other words- all the time.

is this normal? i would expect 20-40 psi at idle and 60-70 at wot or so..

This subject was covered in depth a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was one of those that pops up on Friday evening and is gone by Monday. Those who only surf from work and have their UBB set for "last day" posts miss good stuff.
