Paul Mumford article in Sports Car International Jan \'04

Here's a really wonderful article on Paul that appears in the Jan/04 SCI. It was both exciting and painful to turn the page and see this piece...it really describes the Laguna race for what it was : a classic David and Goliath.

It was written before he left us. They include a post note at the very end of the article. :(

Sorry it took so long (always busy at the office these days...)

I gotta ask, beyond being a awesome guy, Paul was apparently a seriously capable / accomplised / very good racer?

Thanks so very much for posting,as alot of us will want to get a copy of this article in Paul's remembrance. Paul was known among the OTC and Viper Days contestants as a rare talent. It was a blessing to us all that he was able to showcase his talents to a broader arena, alas for such a short time, The article said it so well, he was everyman's racer, and with his small pickup and entourage, he slayed the Giants, and too bad they didn't mention his 3rd place at Road America
where he won the Hard Charger Award --- he had laid notice, before, they just didn't understand what was about to hit them!!
