I was always under the impression that the SRT Paxton setup was Calif. smog legal, but the latest print ad in the Viper Mag states otherwise. Anyone know if certification is pending, or what?

During a tech session in April at DC Performance Dan advised the Paxton was certified in California, which is the reason he does not offer the Roe to customers in CA.

From what I know from talking to the Paxton Rep and Dan Cragin, the Paxton Supercharger is pending approval, and all appears favorable at this juncture.
Few companies will go after this stringent guideline, but Paxton believes it is important.

Who cares! Move to a decent state and you won't have to worry about it! 
All Paxton superchargers will be certified for 03-05 Vipers.
The paperwork should be done shortly. Some kits come with the EO# stamped on the blower.
