Poly motor/trans mounts

I could not find anything in the search feature other than Gen II, so I am asking here. To install on gen III I assume you have to pull sills and remove the front bracket for RT cats to get enough lift on motor to get the new mounts in? Just thought I would ask before I dug into it myself.

Yes, you have to raise the engine a fair amount, I wouldnt try it w/rt's still connected to the frame, just begging for a bad day as a result.

Everyone is quite correct in that you should ether remove the side sill and disconnect the cat mounts before you raise the engine to change the mounts. Another option would be to remove the V clamps between the exhaust manifold and the RT cat header pipe. I have done it both ways.
