Problems with paint on hood ?

Has anyone had trouble with the paint blistering on the hood of their car? Mine has started blistering around the NACA duct. When I spoke to the dealer today I was told they would strip and repaint it for free. I was told they did the same thing a few days ago for a 96 with the same problem. I was thinking of repainting the whole car since I have a few rock chips on the front facia and side sills also.

This was a problem on earlier models. Haven't really heard of this problem on later models like yours and mine.

my 97 did the same thing.

My 99 did the same thing on one of the rear quarter panels. Dodge is covering it. It's in the shop getting fixed before.

Is this part of a recall or something that an extended warranty must cover?
