Has anyone purchased and installed the rear fascia accent Mopar makes for the SRT 10 that was advertised in the summer 05 issue of Viper. I'm interested to know how easy it installs, how it looks, any problems experienced and the cost. I would appreciate any information or pictures you might have.

I purchased and installed the rear fascia accents after reading about them on a thread in the spring. Various members posted pics. I believe it fills that gapping hole and adds to the bolder rear end look. If you do not find the threat I can send you a pic of mine.

DSR207, Did you have any problems installing them and have you experienced any rattling Etc? Also, will it mar or hurt the paint job in any way if you take them off?
Thanks for all the input Guys I think they look great and will be ordering them. DSR that's a real nice car.

Thanks ViperRick, installation is very easy, no tools required. I took them off twice so far "to do some work on the rear view camera", no problems.... :2tu:

I was at Chucks a few weeks back and he had a set. We placed them in to take a look. In the end I thought the stock look was better. in addition, any body modification that is stuck on with double-sided tape is a bit cheesy to me - just my $0.02.

Ahh, the ole double sided tape.....The reason that clips and tape were used for attachment was to keep from drilling holes into the fascia. If any owner wanted to return their Viper to the stock look, they would not want the holes in the fascia. The tape and clips do the trick.

Best regards,

I put this on some time back. Looks bold, as above. No issues. I thought that the new cars would come this way. Nice addition.
