I was told that the car has not been "Emission Certified" in all the States [5 to go] and they will not ship any of them until that is completed. That may happen on Nov. 11th?

A red SRT was seen the last two days driving around in my neighborhood. I have not seen it yet, but have heard from different people that they had seen the car. Driver seemed to be a local cruising it with the top up. I was skeptical since I have not seen it, but numerous people have seen the car.
