Removal of side sill decals

Anyone have ideas or experience removing the decals on the side sills? I am going to replace mine, but not sure the best way to get the old ones off.

put some masking tape around the old so you the position the new ones in the correct place

then simply warm them up with a hairdryer and peel them off, then clean off any adhesive residue that is left

Thanks. What is the best thing to clean the adhesive?

Adhesive remover or you can use a cleaner wax just as well.

Hair dryer and dental floss to peel off the old. Product called "Goo Gone" to remove residue. Wipe clean again and apply new.

Alcohol isoprpyl 70% Not vodka or scotch

Everything's pretty much been said.

I used masking tape around the outside so i could line it up right.. Used a hair dryer and floss to peel away letters. Maybe use fishing line if the dental floss keeps breaking. Then used goo gone to clean it up.
