Removed rain baffle...now check engine light is on?!?!?!?!

Because you started the car with the IAT sensor unplugged, the computer substituted a stored value from one of the long term memory blocks and tripped a fault code. I think it will go away after a few key-on/key-off cycles. If not, then do a hard boot by means of a battery disconnect. Run your car with the A/C on for about 20 minutes and it will relearn with new values for the fuel you are using and current ambient conditions.

After 4 run cycles, the PCM will "adapt", and the light will almost certainly go off, unless you left something disconnected.

A run cycle is ON-DRIVE-OFF. 4 times.
The PCM also STORES the code for 255 start cycles
