Rocker Problems??? Help!

I need your guys help! I just installed some new T&D 1.7 roller rockers. I had one of the rocker bolts break that hold the rocker to the stand. Luckily, when I took the valve cover off, I found the bolt head just sitting there broken off. I repaired it and thought it was a freak accident. Yesterday, another one broke on the other side. This time I can't find the bolt head. Tonights project is to drop the oil pan and hope it is there. Anyone ever heard of this happening and can tell me why it might be happening????????

Is it the stand bolts (35 ft-lb) or the shaft retainer bolts (25 ft-lb) that are breaking. If you used the 35 ft-lbs for both the stands and the shaft hold-down bolts you have a problem. Do not run the car till you straighten this out.

Did you measure the length of your push rods and purchase the correct ones.

Yes, we measured the pushrods and the bolts were tightened to 25 ft/lb.

What size push rods and how many turns down from full up are the adjusters?
