RT/10 classified convertable or Targa Top?

Pretty much what the subject says. Different clubs have different rules and some will not allow convertables to enter an event, however, there exact example will allow cars such as Corvette Targas to participate.

Are RT/10s considered convertables or Targas?..If Targa then what is the reasoning if they consider it a convertable?

It was marketed as a "roadster" which doesn't help you one bit . But this may.

They're roadsters. Different tracks have different rules and often you'll find that each club at each track will also have different rules with regard to allowing soft tops (or no tops) without roll bars at events.

Much of the determination often has to do with the type of event ("drivers school event" vs. "race event").

Buy a hard top and all the issues go away.
