Mine too - it's a common problem. There have been threads on this, do a search on "rear window". Someone recommended the following site for repalcement weatherstrip material.
This is a common problem and I have not found a replacement weatherstrip. To keep it from happening, spray the rubber with a silicone spray every few months.
