Running Hoosier slicks - at the theater...

Did our regular Sunday At the Movies with the family yesterday at the local multiplex. As we were leaving the lot afterwards my son said, "Look Dad, a Viper!" Sure enough, it was a 1997 GTS in blue with white stripes. The wheels were almost black with brake dust, etc. And it was riding on Hoosier race slicks! I had seen that car at Heartland Park last month but the guy left before we could chat. This time I left a business card with an invitation to join our local club. Hope they do!

I saw a GTS on Hoosiers parked in front of a Boston Market in San Jose awhile back, I hope he was on his way home from the track. Those tires don't ride too well on the street, not to mention the shower of road debris that flys all over the place from the super sticky tires.
