Running lights won’t shut off?

Went into storage garage to take viper for a drive, battery was dead.

Installed new battery and now the front running lights, tail lights and dash lights will not shut off.

Any suggestions what might be causing this?

Which exact light are on?

If you click the high beams will they come on and what happens to low beams at that time?

Turn or fogs light on and click the high beams on that will turn off the fogs.

The headlights are controlled by a relay in the PDC.

Went to car today, hooked battery back up and no issues.
Not sure why lights were staying on but all good for now.

I’m having the same exact issue. It happens intermittently, no idea what causes it. Just checked fuses and they’re all good. Was a bad battery the cause? I’m swapping the battery in a few days. I was told by a buddy it might be a light switch problem??
