Jack Powell Dodge in Escondido has been good for me. I think the tech to speak with is Mike.

Mike Carrasco is no longer at Jack Powell Dodge. I'd like to know what dealers/viper techs everyone uses in San Diego as well --- especially for warranty work, which is not straightforward with West Coast Viper.

Frank , they have a pretty experienced tech at "John Hines Dodge" in mission valley...Ask for Allen in Service, he'll make sure your taken care of.

Although I have been to Jack Powell, Poway, and Kearney Mesa Dodge, West Coast Viper is without question the best.
