I just purchased a viper(6/18/04) from Glendale Dodge CA and received great initial service. Went back a month later for minor work that was due at purchase. They replaced the oil pressure gauge cover for minor imperfections in the plastic lense. Also they were to fix a scratch inside the passenger door on the floor. They tried using a permanent marker! Needless to say I've kinda lost hope for them. Also the viper tech that I was introduced to when I purchased (Jon Bantleon) no longer works there. Does anyone recommend a Dodge dealer in the Los Angeles/Orange county area that they have experience with? Also, has anyone heard of a Mopar water proofing spray for the convertible top? The tech recommended it, but after he was gone no one knew what I was talking about. One more questions, any hot tips on washing/wax a black viper to prevent swirl marks and keep it brand new. I have two other black trucks that are in great shape but always open to new suggestions.
