Speakers In a 93 size???

I am replacing my stereo head unit and all the speakers in my 93 rt10 over the long cold winter. I just cant deal with the terrible stock speakers anymore. I havent taken anything out but the deck as of yet. What size are the speakers in the door? Is it possible to put 5 1/4 components in the doors? Also what size are the speakers in the rear bulkhead behind the seats? They appear to be 6 1/2. I would also like to put in a sub just round of the sound quality. Has anyone put a sub in the middle? i could possibly put a sub in the trunk, but dont know if it would accomplish a whole lot with all the wind and engine noise. Please let me know what any of you guys have done, any pics of your install would be great too.

I think door are 6 in and the rear are 8....I may be way off on this. I know that you will laugh when you see the box ni the rear.
