Squeak over bumps from suspension?

Hey everyone! When I don't have the tunes cranked up loud, my '01 ACR sounds like it has birds hiding out in the wheel well areas when I go over any significant bumps. As the car extends upwards, there are slight "chirping" or "squeaking" noises. Has anyone experienced this? I'm assuming it might just be a bushing in need of grease and not have to do with the shocks or springs? Or should I go check for a newly-built nest?

Thanks!

The coils on the shocks can get gravel inside the coils and the crunching can cause this sound. I would lift the car and rotate the springs to see if they drop out. You will feel it if there is gravel in there.

Is your suspension OEM, or have you made any mods, such as different bushings?

Thanks for the tips guys. CEJ, the suspension assembly is completely stock. The car has just over 5,000 miles!

The ACR has springs and perches like a Moton, this is a common thing with Motons after they get some sand and gravel up in there.

Same problem here, i guess its an ACR thing. I'll deal with it in the spring.
