SRT-10 Coupe hits the streets

Hi all it's offical the first customer Viper SRT-10 coupe has hit the streets, along with the first factory delivery of the new coupe. JonB of PartsRack www.partsrack.com is the lucky guy. Jon let me join in on a the excitement. Ralph Gilles the SRT-10 and coupe designer was on hand to autograph the car for him. The car looks great use it in good health Jon. Jon took off directly from the CAAP to drive the car back to Washington state. pics have been emailed to Joe Houss to get them posted. hope you all enjoy

If I remember correctly, JonB also took delivery of one of the first (if not THE first) blue/white GTS' in 1996 at the plant. And yes, anybody can get a factory pickup of their car if they wish. I did it for my first Viper back in '99.

Chris i think you are correct about Jon getting the first '96 b/w GTS. Yes anybody can take factory delivery if they arrange it through viper headquarters, i have done it w/ all three of my cars. I only live 20 minutes from CAAP.
