Speed channel is going to show an '08 Viper track race a modified Subaru STI in about five minutes (11:25 p.m. CST).
It's a repeat of an April 5, 2008 show.

the stock Viper did well against the purpose-built track car
and I bet an ACR would have shown that sti a few new moves

I agree...the Viper did well against a car built for small tracks and tuned for racing. An ACR would have kept that lead and pulled away! But I also saw the Dream Car Garage where they put a Z06 against an 08 Viper...Viper walked away from the start!

i saw that episode as well. the viper did keep up with the STi. i think Foust was just to anxious to pull away from the STi. the aston martin didnt too bad either.

That is a great show. I just got done watching a few episodes I had taped. I really like the one where he had the AMG CL63 for the day and beat the snot out of it at the drag strip.
