This is our Stage 3, Supercharged, Intercooled, 91 Octane, 10 Throttle Body Intake with full sequential engine management for the Dodge Viper. This system makes well over 800 HP while retaining the full reliability and drivability of the stock car

Nice way to get around the challenges the twin throttle body intake present. Looks like this layout will be very adaptable to the '03 engine as well. Is this 800 HP at the wheels and does this setup replace the current "Stage II" supercharger offering you currently show on your site?

Between this and the 993 HP/1142 lb-ft Torque TT, there are lotsa horses running around your shop

Jay:
This Stage 3 is an addition to the stage 1 and/or 2 systems. The stage 2 System that was on the car was making over 800 RWHP. We have yet to dyno the Stage 3 but expect it to add 150-200 RWHP due to the substantial improvement in volumetric efficiency. That is power on top of the 800+ RWHP of the Stage 2 system! The engine management system utilized by SVSi is a fully sequential 128 Bit microprocessor control unit that is able to control the IJPU at an accuracy of 0.00001 second, and timing to 0.001 degres, yet only weighs 500 grams. With fully programmable fuel and ignition tables along with lambda compensation and closed loop operation we will be able to bring the car to the limit while still retaining the stock reliability and drivability unlike some of the other "Piggy-Back" systems on the market. We are going to dyno the car soon. We will keep you posted on the results.

All 3 forms of this supercharger system are available from SVSi

Martin:

Sorry it took so long to get back to the VCA site. Having problems posting. The GTSR intake lists for $15,000.00. Injectors, Harness and Sensors are $4500.00. The Blower, Fuel System, and Intercooler are $17,000.00. The Engine Management System including the Interface is $6500.00. The Cylinder Heads are fully ported Intake and Exhaust for forced Induction efficiency. The block has J&E low compression Pistons, Rods are light weight, Billet Steel Roller Cam with; lightweight solid Lifters, 4130 swaged end, one piece Push Rods, the Engine block and Heads have high Tensile Studs. Complete Balance and Blue Printed price $15,000.00 This engine will support 20 lbs of boost very easily. Martin, when you have a good engine management system for the Viper you can upgrade to just about any application. Our Twin Turbo System that we ran at Bonneville was making 1300 FT Lbs of Torque, and still had more to go

The Stage1 is $23000.00.
The Stage2 is $45000.00
Svsi is coming out with a kit in Feb that will be sold to the public .It will have complete fuel management system and will utilize the stock ECU with calibrations to compensate for 12lbs of boost. It will be a very volumetric efficient application. You will be able to upgrade to headers, rockers, larger throttle bodies and not have lien conditons .It will be in the 650rwhp range, for around$8000.00 to$15000.00.This will be a easy bolt on.

Kevin the blower is a Vortec. With a cog belt system we can make
our 20lbs+. The intake makes the engine very efficient and I did say low compression pistons.

Ron,

Also, are you planning to have a DIY kit that can be installed on a Gen1 motor? As of now, it appears Doug Levin is still the only option for the 6500 Gen1 owners out there.

SVSi,

If possible, could you give more details about your upcoming DIY supercharger your introducing in Feb.? Please place the info. under the 'DYI Supercharger ...' post that I started in this section (Performance Modifications). Many people are interested, as over 700 people have viewed this post....

Thanks.

Matt,

Svsi has had a Supercharger System for two and a half years for the Gen One engine. It looks the same as The Stage One that is in this post. We are also doing the 03 SRT Viper in Stage one with a intercooler . Svsi will be using the stock ECU with (FUEL & TIMING) calibrations on the 03 & Gen 2. These will be sold as D.I.Y. sytems.

Dan, when are you going to put headers, catback and loose the stock cats on that LEVEL 1 beast?

That is THE definition of an extroverted engine. Open the dictionary, look up the two words, put them together, and those pics magically appear. The shame of it is that the hood hinges at the front. Gotta have the carbon fiber lift-off setup over this one!

The carbon fiber top that was on it would not hold the boost.
But if you want it the owner will sell it.

Talk about price gouging, there are not even internal engine changes with the stage 1 package.
