I put a set of comp coupe pads on for my last track event. They were fantastic and I'm very happy w/them on the track. On the street they squeal big time so I want to switch back to my stock pads ( plenty of pad but 5000miles on them).
I also dont know which set came off which corner. the're worn pretty evenly.

Does anyone know if this would be a problem or is a new set of pads necessary?
What happens next time when I switch back to the CC pads for the next event?

Would like to hear from anyone with experience in this issue. Thanks

I've switched back and forth between various pads frequently withouth any adverse consequences.

Make sure when you put the stock pads back on, that you orient them with the beveled edges going the correct direction.

which way is correct?
btw, how do you like the Motons?

The beveled edge faces the opposite direction of the rotation, so that the beveled edge is the "leading" edge. (I hope this makes sense.)

The Motons are nice. The stock set up is excellent for smoother roads, but the Motons allow you to set the car up for better handling in rougher conditions. No complaints except that they are expensive.

Would you be kind enough to post moton's web site for me. We have very rough bumpy roads here in the northeast and what you said above is interesting.

thanks,
Robbie
