pop out the plastic pins take out the screws...now be very careful. there are two metal clips at the window sill....just under the plastic strip...the famous plastic strip that will crack and is not sold seperatly. you have to reach in and squeaze the clip and then you can push the panel up.
As ILLSMOQ stated, be very careful trying to get those dang clips off at the very top of the door panel or you WILL crack that plastic strip at the top.
Does anyone know if there is an easy way or right way to get at those clips?
After removal I actually compressed mine with some pliers before reinstalling. They still hold it in place it is just easier to remove if you have to do it in the future.
