I was in the travel business for 33 years, and even taught the subject of Hospitality and Tourism. Ive seen some good, bad, and ugly events.......
But at VOI, Fiona (Viper Princess) Kim (Jr. Princess) and Cindy (Fairy Godmother) appeared to be on duty 25 hours a day. ALWAYS had the answers...even after I lost my 3rd schedule they still smiled. They are the epitome of professional and caring hospitality.
The JRT VOI-Staff seemed equally helpful, and downright eager to make each and every (even moronic) question get the right answer, or find someone who could answer. Trained by Fiona no doubt.
Vendors were expertly organized and butlered by Jim Burr, and every (expensive) detail was handled as promised.
(1 exception: WHO WERE THOSE MYSTERIOUS and GENEROUS VENDORS who donated all those many valuable doorprizes whose winner names were posted for days? NO ONE KNOWS THE DONORS, OR WHAT THEY GAVE, and that ain't right. Maybe Viper Mag?)
