Well I took my car to the drag strip last friday. I took it easy off the start, the last thing i want to do is break something in the driveline. The best time I turned was a 10.77 at 143mph. I've been told by the guys at the track, that if the car hooked and was set up for the 1/4 mile it would be a low to mid 9 second car. Btw, my 60 foot time was a laughable 1.91. lol

You should be able to get into the 9's with no sweat. Have fun with it. That's why you bought it, right?

Oh great another reason to envy your car. LoLGreat MPH, and solid ET considering the 60ft. I'm sure getting that beast outta the hole is a challenge. Congrats. Dave.

On a good run, 9.5xx is possible. Keep practicing adn maybe look into new axles and a built rear or a 2008-2010 rear end.

Your MPH is pretty low. Usually when I run 10's my MPH is aroun 168. When I run 9's with a faster 60' time I run about 148-150. That is on the same boost levels. All I do is bring down the 60' times.

I'm confused. How does giving up traction in the first 60' result in 20+ MPH on the top end? Unless your car is making a lot more power up top and the turbo is able to spool up while you're hazing the tires for the first 330' I just can't understand the concept.
