Torque Specs for shock installation

I am installing a set of Penske shocks on my car and was wondering if anyone could tell me the proper torque specs for the upper and lower bolts on each corner. Also the proper torque specs for the front sway bar end links.

100 ft lbs for the shocks
17 ft lbs for the links

Thanks! I assume it doesn't matter what side I put the torque wrench on. Either the bolt side or the nut side. Right?

Hold the bolt, tighten the nut. I assume that you will place the vehicle at design height(not ride height) when you tighten the bolts. This makes the upper rear bolts hard to get to.
