TPS 16% closed and 78% WOT -is this OK?

Hello,
My scan tool indicates that my TPS is 16% at closed and 78% at WOT, however, the TPS voltages
read correctly as indicated in the shop manual.

I replaced it and it reads exactly the same within a % or so.

I'm thinking that at WOT I'm not on the 100% map as the TPS is reading low.

Has anyone else seen this and/or fixed it?

Your readings are normal.
I had a bad TPS last year and it was reading 14% closed and 78% open. When replaced it cured my idle problems.
