Value of 2000 RT/10 Poor Striping Job?

Opinions on value of 2000 RT/10, black with poor aftermarket striping job, three owners, but in o.k. condition, not cherry, not awful, 10,000 miles?

Nobody can give me a range of value on this vehicle?
I was the successful bidder on it today on Ebay, and need to decide whether to buy it, or to pay the gentleman his requested re-listing fees, should I determine not to go forward. Despite a clean vehicle report, I think the car is probably in average shape, with poorly applied painted striping, all of which I'm willing to live with at the right price.

All thoughts appreciated.
