Valve Cover help

I have a 96 GTS with ROE supercharger stock blue valve covers which are starting to peel. I would like to buy a set of polished however i have been told not any set will fit correct. I also heard the company that did make a set does not anymore. any imput would be great. is my only option is to powder coat and if so any thing i need to be aware of in processing. Thanks Jim

All stock valve covers have been red.
They dont polish well.......magnesium.
There is shich a thing as Powder-chrome I am told! A chrone-like powedrcoat. Black-Chrome too
