valve size upgrades

What are the max valve sizes you can use without replacing the valve seats in the stock heads?

I have seen 2.02i and 1.6e but is that the limit?

I beleive that to be the max, but i am not sure why you dont want to replace the seats.

I have 2.04's in my heads, but yes, definetly required new seats.

I have an index milling maching for most of the head work we do at my families aircraft engine facility and I want to limit the dig into the stock castings. I can open up the existing seats in a few seconds....much less work.

what size did you get for the exhaust?
