valvecover vent tubes

I have a 96 GTS and I have a problem with the small rubber hoses which attach to the front face of the valve covers and come to a Y-fitting in the front of the engine.the rubber is broken down so the hoses leak at the covers & y-fitting. I called 2 dodge dealers & they told me the only thing they have listed for the car is the vaccum hoses for the PCV valve.Does anyone else have this problem , & if so what are the chrysler part #'s for these 3 hoses.

Those hoses, on the first couple years of the GTS, were found to break down due to the Mobil 1 (synthetic) oil. A reasonable priced replacement set is available that changes them to the later (99+) material that will hold up. Contact Jon at 1-877-475-1100 or e-mail Jon click here
