VCA members are welcome to join us for our annual VCA Ohio Holiday Party on March 13th & 14th, 2010. We have capacity for 200 guests for dinner Saturday night and reservations are going fast! The history at Carillon Park is amazing and for those able to stay overnight we will be taking a tour of the United States Air Force Museum on Sunday. VCA Ohio looks forward to meeting our neighboring VCA members. Come and join us!

We appeciate all the help from our neighboring IN/KY members. It is very important that we show our special guests: Mr. Gilles, Mr. Winkles, Mr. Helbig, and Mr. Marshall that the smaller VCA clubs are "talking the talk AND walking the walk".

We are still taking reservations. Our caterer has given us an extension. Our first block of rooms at the Marriott have been filled. The Marriott has graciously added an additional block of 20 rooms that are now available. We have had a great response from our neighboring VCA Regions of IN/KY and Motor City.

Also, an Indiana company has donated 10 diagnostic code readers for the party.

If any VCA member would still like to sign up please give me a call and we will take care of you.

Just a note: You can participate in just the dinner party and/or the tech sessions on Saturday. For those who are staying overnight after the party, we are going to the USAF Museum (free) on Sunday for anyone that would like to join us. The IMAX Theater will be showing, "The Magic of Flight", "Space Station", and "Fighter Pilot Operation Red Flag".

We are at 100 guests! Final count for the caterer is due on Monday March 8th. For you last minute people that would like to attend please call Randall Arnold at 937-470-8306 to get signed up. Dinner $40 single - $75 couple. It's going to be a GREAT time.

The weather is looking promising right now. We will have special parking for Vipers, Prowlers, SRT vehicles, and Shelby Dodge vehicles.

Here is his communication:

Just a note:

The Tech Sessions will be held at the Deed's Barn at Carillon Park. This is about 300yds from the Transportation Center where we are having the party that evening. Carillon Park is south and across the street from the Marriott.
Everyone registered will receive an email of the change. The hotel will also have the information of the change. The change is for the Tech Sessions only. Everything else stays the same. Any questions call 937-470-8306 Randall Arnold VCA Ohio President.

We have 60+ coming to the Tech Sessions and we needed more room. As you come into Carillon Park, park and walk to the main building and they will direct you to the Deed's Barn. We will have Viper signs directing you to the barn.
