VCA Raffle question

Since Dodge is picking up my membership dues for 2002, am I still
considered a "Paid 2002 VCA member" (rule 1) and eligible for the raffle?

This may be a dumb question, but when I win, I'd rather not lose the prize due to a "technicality"
