Wow! This could take some time to sort out.
Start by telling us where you think the vib. is coming from.
1. Steering wheel?
2. Brake pedal? does vib go away with slight brake pressure?
3. shifter handle?
Where you feel this the most may help narrow down where the problem is.

Dealership usually doesn't have the proper equiptment to deal with tires.

Most likely a flat spot on your tire or you threw a wheel weight.

Take it to a tire shop and have them balance the tires.

Usually the front tires being off will shake the steering wheel, and the rear tires you will feel in the seats.
I just took my sisters car in after she complained of shaking between 40-60 in the steering wheel. Balancing the tires was all in needed.

BTW- I agree with hemibeep, as much detail as possible, and be specific.

Same problem with mine when I bought it. Have the tires balanced and have them look for flat spots while the wheels are off. I had a huge flat spot on mine when I bought it.

I just had both back rims straightened. I suspected a problem when the rear view mirror wouldn't stop shaking. A good tire shop can check the balance an see if the rims run true.
