\"Viper News\"- how many issues were there?

The predecessor to "Viper Quarterly" (now "Viper Magazine") was "Viper News"-

I have the Summer and Fall 1994 issues of "Viper News" and since the first issue of Viper Quarterly was Winter 1995, I assume that the Fall '94 issue of Viper News was the last issue.
Is this correct? Also, does anyone know what the cover date of the first issue of VN was?

Hey...I just found out about "VCA NOTES"!! and NOW I'm hearing about ANOTHER publication that I've never heard of??!!
John....what was the format of this publication? Do you know who published it?
