Viper RT/10 Car Cover - Washable?

When I bought my 95 RT/10 almost 4 years ago, it came with a very nice car cover made specifically for the viper. It has a clear plastic panel where the rear license plate is. Needless to say, it needs to be washed but because of the plastic panel I have not done so because of possible damage to this panel. Does anyone have the same type of cover and if so, is it washable? There are no cleaning instructions anywhere on my cover.

I washed mine (different car) in the bathtub and let it air dry on the picnic table in the backyard, worked great.

Air dry and NO fabric softener.

The instructions on the oe cover specifically say to wash in a washing machine under "delicate" using only Fantastic cleaner.
