Spoke to Keith. I was quoted for $480 for the spring installation. Alignment wasn't included.

FYI....David Koegl is no longer with Dallas Dodge.

At the time of the VOI he was the "Service Drive Manager" and at that time when I had a problem they took very good care of me! I know [at that time] they had two very good Viper Techs and I think one of them was Russ?

$480 is way out of the park! I don't know who Keith is but at $98 per hour is what I'm at, that means 1.2 hours per corner! If I took that long I'd be looking for a new job! Two hours MAX to change all four springs and then maybe two to four hours for the alignment? My 2cents.

Dallas Dodge quoted me $300 to do the front two springs. They said the rears would be extra. The guy that quoted me that price is named Rick. He's at David Koegls old number, 214-319-1214.

Chuck...do you have a manual that lists shop time for labor?

What's a matter with these Dealers!! Maybe I should charge more>>>NOT! I like sleeping at night!

In my DC Warranty book it gives 0.8 hrs for one front spring and I have done them in a lot less time then that!

I don't know what to tell you Jim? Road trip to me? :D
