Everyone who submitted requests to stay at the Biltmore Inn should have received an email from Don Smith the group registration code. Please contact the Biltmore by July 7th to secure your room reservation!
Everyone who has submitted requests to participate in the event (other than non-Carolinas members) should be receiving an email from Don Smith soon about payment for the reduced group rate entrance fees, so please respond with payment so we can secure your tickets!
Everyone who is not staying at the Biltmore, we are suggesting that you lodge together at the Sleep Inn which is just outside the Biltmore, and details will be sent out soon on that, but you could go ahead and get reservations there on your own now.
Anyone who is interested in attending but has not submitted a request to participate, you can still sign up! If you want the reduced group rate admission, sign up soon! If you want to stay at the Biltmore, please let me know - we might be able to get you in on our group rate still, but maybe not.
