How do you manage racing a convertible in SCCA club racing?

Kim Peterson of the Il Chapter of the VCA and myself ran at the SOLO level of SCCA over at Rt. 66 speedway's parking lot event. Since neither of us are Cone Killers like Red5 we did very well. My Dodge Neon bore the number #488 Hmmm wonder where that came from? HA!

How do you manage racing a convertible in SCCA club racing?

The cars are speced with the Autoform removable hardtops we purchased through Jon B at Partsrack

I'll get chastized by our P/R guy for posting pics out of our first race outing because these are NOT the permanent graphics, but *** Dean Ackerman at the Chrysler design center has come up with some killer graphics for us and the cars are being transformed as I type

The wheels are FORGELINE of course and the cars ride on KUMHO Ecsta Tires

This is SCCA Club Racing T1 where the Corvette has Dominated for 5 of the 7 year history.
