In case some of you didn't know. Texas Invitational was held over the past weekend featuring the fastest street cars in the country. The vipers that participated there had a really strong showing taking out 1000-1400whp Twin Turbo Gallardos, Porsche's, vettes and Supras.

The RSI Vipers had a really strong showing being the only shop to take out 2 separate Twin Turbo Lamborghini's.

Here are a couple of RSI Vipers taking out TTGs :headbang::usa:

There were a couple other Vipers at the event including OUFan (2nd Gen TT)who ended up taking third place in the King of the Streets, and Alkybanshee (2nd Gen TT) who also did a great job.

There were five Vipers participating. Each of us had over 1,000 rwhp. No slow Vipers attending :)

Mine was the slowest, at just over 1,000. haha

When and where is the next one?

April 2013. Rockwall, TX (East of Dallas). It isn't open to public, it is invite only.

Here is my in-car vid when I raced against an 850 rwhp turbo Mustang.

Here is Andy's twin turbo Viper getting edged out by the LMR twin turbo Corvette.

Here is a vehicle lineup from the cars entered in the King of The Street class. Most cars were 850 rwhp and higher, majority over 1000 rwhp.

I believe the blue GTS 2929 makes around 1300-1400 rwhp. Twin-turbo with a 2-spd Powerglide automatic transmission. He placed 2nd at the previous event.

Def some sick cars. Maybe vipers can take home the overall win next year. That Vette will be tough to beat.
