VOI 9 model car?

I have a member/owner of a VOI 9 car that is looking for a model of their VOI 9 car in 1:24 or bigger size. They say they saw one at a mall, but didn't buy it and when they went back, it was sold and they haven't seen one since. Anyone know a source for one? If one of you custom model car gurus can make one, they may be interested. I'd have to ask them. TIA!
