Warm weather means>>>>>GRILLIN VIPER STYLE

Since we had a bit of unusually warm weather in November(WI here) I decided to make it a grilling night.Since the little woman(g/f) was working late I decided to amuse myself.

So with the viper spatula I went to work.Bought a few pounds of ground beef.Then proceeded to make "art".

A while back I did the viper grill grates...So this is really really really(side joke here) about viper stuff.

Here is a pic of the grill grates before they became darkened.

So I proceeded to contour my meat. The pics are in sequence

Then squished the meat and added a bit of paprika.

Also did some white onions.

Okay off to the grill.

Slapped these bad boys on the grates and we are good to go.

As they were cooking.

Mean while as the goods were cooking I prepped the buns.I bought these special ketchup and mustard bottles.They only squirted VIPER.

As the warm weather wanes and the grilling season comes to a close,we had a good night making burgers.See this is what happens to us northern guys that can't drive our cars yr round.We amuse ourselves with other things.

Yes some times I spice them up a bit with different seasonings and such.This time it was just a plain Jane burger.
