Who makes exhaust plates?

Where can I get the plate that goes around the rear exit exhaust on a GTS? I seem to remember that Gary Javo had one on his GTS. Does anyone have any pictures of one installed?

I do have the exhaust surrounds. They are mirror polished stainless steel. I've recovered the setup costs and am now selling them for $104 delivered in the US.
