Just wondering if the turbo blue 115 octane that I run in my built motors will hurt my stock 2008. I know it boosts performance but i like the smell more than anything.:D

If it's unleaded, it should be fine unless it has an unusually high alcohol content. Total overkill, though... Unless you're running 13:1 compression or forced induction, you won't see one iota of extra performance (maybe even less performance because those octane boosters tend to have a lower energy content than the base gasoline stock).

At Viperdays in 96 a bunch of vipers tried running higher octane. Actually made them run worse. Higher octane fuel burns slower. That is what helps prevent knock.

i put some in my motorcycle once. it made it run great down low, but when it got up in the power it actually made it feel like the clutch was slipping...too much octane has poor effects, just like too low octane!!...i wouldn't do it!!
