94 Viper Paint Changed from Viper Red to Orange over the summer and tiny paint blisters everywhere

the tiny blisters are normal. fiberglass thing. Assuming you mean the very small blisters that you cant see unless you get really close. Orange is strange, maybe you're due for a paint correction?

    Lower caps question

^^This.... But just get coilovers. Old stock suspension is likely shot by now anyway. I did the caps and it didnt ride all that great and I ended up with BC coilovers anyway. Yes you need spring compressor, and a typical off the shelf auto parts one likely won't fit. You dont need an...

    Wheels

yes those are both options. i'd go with 18 front and 19 rear to keep the tire profile looking similar. Wish I did that instead of 19/19. There's also a million threads you can search through for the same info on here.

    Replace or not?

Fluids dont last forever. I'm sure it'll be fine, but oil should be changed around 2 years regardless of miles. Every 5 years at a minimum, i'm changing all fluids.

    Insurance Question for the Group:

i understand how it works. Neither company had a problem with my requested agreed value of 70k for the M3 or the Viper. No appraisals needed. Yearly cost ranged from 1000-1500

    Insurance Question for the Group:

agreed...I called Geico recently on the insurance on my 88 M3, and they said KBB is $4500 lol So getting them up to 70k in a payout, would be a hell of an argument I'll have to make

    Insurance Question for the Group:

Pretty sure that's not self insured, that's just changing your coverage to a lower coverage/higher deductible. Sure you can do that, it's nothing special. Self insurance, is not having any coverage. If you want to risk saving a few hundred a year vs not having to worry...go for it. It's not...

What the hell is wrong with this dyno test...

did you get an AFR reading to go with that dyno? You said you have a check engine light and a likely bad O2 sensor. Probably part of the issue. Yes, those numbers seem low...but also its hard to compare different dynos. AFRs will likely tell you a good bit of whats going on Have you gone...

    She dyin on me...

just replace your 02 sensor. If you havent done them before, replace both. NTK is the oem spec iirc.

Been through it with other cars. It's beyond frustrating. Especially when you pay decent money for it and do your best to pick the right shop to trust.
