Water spots etching side sills
Just wondering if anyone else had had a problem with water spots etching into their side sills due to the heat. It seems that no mater how quickly you wipe water away, if the sills are hot, you will get a faint water ring. I really don't want to remove the sills to buff. I have tried clay bar...- Viperbass

Water spots on side sills
Hello all, I am writing to ask some advice to remove water spots on side sills of a 2001 sapphire GTS. I have used an orbital buffer with 3M swirl mark remover which removes all but the outer edge which seems to have been etched in due to heat from the sills.
