You just need to drive a bit more. It is reading as you show ready status for a couple of the monitors, but not enough yet to go to ready status on a couple.- banton

Fuel Requirement for Head/Cam Mod
When they were dyno tuning my car they were monitoring injector duty cycle, but I don't recall the peak percentage they went to trying to hit 600 rwhp on the stock fuel. The stock fuel system should support your N/A set-up. The stock system seems to top out near the 600 rwhp mark. My N/A set-up ran out of steam at 592 rwhp.- banton

Failed Emissions Testing - CEL Question?
You indicated a rich bank condition...your CEL light might be activated by that with a stock tune. I had to lean her out to stop throwing that code for emissions. A slight drawback of a heads/cam car :)- banton

I would disagree with the plating shop's opinion. I had mine done by a place in AZ. They took it apart, chromed it and put it back together for a quote of $100....the glitch was it took them about a month longer than the quoted turnaround time (think it was misplaced for a few weeks) so they...- banton

How to get cas cap off a GTS?
Put some WD40 around the lip between the plastic and the cap housing. Then grab the outer housing with both hands and use your thumbs to push the plastic piping and they should separate.- banton

I know I am biased, but I hope the Gen5 Coupe looks as good as the Gen2 GTS
This is exactly what came to mind as I was reading this thread. I think Dodge/SRT would have benefited if it had adopted more of an evolution mindset based on the Gen II, similar to the 911 development path.- banton

Anyone have any experience with R&J Distributing?
I bought a used textured dash several years back to swap with my 97's smooth dash. Great to deal with, part condition (like new) was exactly as advertised and while a difficult part to package, it was done extremely well.- banton

Head Gaskets and Head Bolts
Perhaps Gen I head bolts are different, but Gen II head bolts are single use, so I would recommend the OP double check. I am sure the Wizard can confirm either way. I learned that during my head/cam build a couple years ago.- banton

2000 RT10 California car... Smog protected?
I think the question is if there is additional equipment added to pass smog testing in Cali, the answer is no. If you don't think it running as strong you anticipated, take it to a shop and have it looked at and/or have it put on the dyno to see what kind of power it is putting down.- banton
