I agree with what you say. I should have said the dealers now get CD's now unless they request a paper copy, then they get to pay more for the limited numbers being printed, thus the price increase.- Rich Carlson

How do the injectors come out.....
If you pull a rear injector out, mass quantities of liquid fuel will drain into the cylinder if you do not depressurize the rail. If the injector is returned to the manifold and now you turn the engine over, you will be trying to compress the liquid fuel and the motor doesn't like that. If the...- Rich Carlson

How do the injectors come out.....
You should always de-pressurize the fuel system before you remove an injector. Other wise the fuel will drain from the manifold down the opening you created, and will find its way into the cylinder. Liquid does not compress very well.- Rich Carlson

Torque Specs for shock installation
Hold the bolt, tighten the nut. I assume that you will place the vehicle at design height(not ride height) when you tighten the bolts. This makes the upper rear bolts hard to get to.- Rich Carlson

Harmonic Balancer Bolt Loosened
The vibration damper is not keyed to the crankshaft. That is why the torque spec is 250 ft. lbs. This spec has been used since 1992. Save your call.- Rich Carlson

Re: $300.00 Jon is correct. Technically, the expiration date includes that the work be completed also. There a number of vehicles that have not had the work done for what ever the reason. If you where planning having the work done, I suggest that you contact your dealer to set a completion date.- Rich Carlson

door locking question
When you put the vehicle in the battery save mode, the wake up circuits to the vehicle are turned off. This means the RKE and electronic door entry will not work. The only way to open the door is to use the driver door key cylinder or pull the inside door handle all the way out.- Rich Carlson
