I know I have hit 2nd by mistake, but it is quite obvious and a quick clutch apply has always done the trick...- tommygun

Factory Viper Alarm Problems - any alarm gurus?
You cannot disable the factory alarm as it is integral to the EEM. I don't know of any alarm companies that make a completely compatible system. You will most likely wind up with two separate remotes and headaches.- tommygun

Switch Location For Line lock?
I have seen them mounted on the shifter under the knob, operated by your pinky. They ran the wires up through the shifter boot.- tommygun
