    Roll bar would be difficult to remove indeed. Original seat belts are still in place. I mostly keep the harness tucked behind and under the seat, and use the originals for comfort and convenience. That said, it's four bolts to remove the seat and then two anchors to remove the harness entirely...

    Ted May at Valaya Racing (408-448-8811) made and installed a catch-can on my Viper, I was getting oil puke smoke while racing on track. I'd recommend his little concoction, it works quite nicely and looks pretty swell.

    I'm not sure it would be helpful to force them into a corner to get the work done on the car. Last thing I want is someone pissed off and left alone with my viper and power tools.... It's just really frustrating to again see this kind of response from Dodge. I've had similar bad experiences...

    I called the *only* "5 Star" dealership in the East Bay area (near SF) to schedule an appointment to have a leaking/defective battery replaced under warranty. Butler Conti Dodge in Lafayette, CA just told me that the service manager will not allow them to work on any Viper not sold there...
